Mixed Feelings about this Stay
faulty minibar empty shower gel
I must mention a couple of things. The minibar did not work, what a surprise. I alerted the front desk, but no one seemed to care. The housekeeping also forgot to replenish the shower gel one day, I am not happy with that. I did expect better from a hotel charging these prices.

lovely stay!
comfortable bed good location
the location was awesome. the rooms had a good size. i slept very well, the bed was super comfortable, everything was dark and cozy at night. i had such a good sleep.

my room had a king bed. it included a rainfall shower. i noticed a small stain on the carpet.

adequate but unremarkable
absent bell boy unhelpful staff
the check-in process presented several issues. there was no bell boy available upon arrival, so i had to manage my luggage myself. the reception staff seemed unhelpful, and i found it difficult to obtain change. this was not the standard i anticipate from a hotel in this price range.

connecting room poor sound isolation
The hotel had a great location with fantastic staff.
I found that the rooms might be connecting. I arrived late in the evening and discovered I was in a connecting room with poor sound isolation. My neighbors were moving and made loud noises well into the morning causing me to have an hour of sleep.

personal touch insightful suggestion local area
i had a wonderful experience. Justyna in the club lounge was helpful. She provided insightful suggestions about the local area. I appreciated her personal touch and knowledge.
the gym equipment needs some updates. The cycling machine was difficult to adjust. I had to wait to get a key for the locker room.
