the check-in process presented several issues. there was no bell boy available upon arrival, so i had to manage my luggage myself. the reception staff seemed unhelpful, and i found it difficult to obtain change. this was not the standard i anticipate from a hotel in this price range.

The hotel had a great location with fantastic staff.
I found that the rooms might be connecting. I arrived late in the evening and discovered I was in a connecting room with poor sound isolation. My neighbors were moving and made loud noises well into the morning causing me to have an hour of sleep.

the gym equipment needs some updates. The cycling machine was difficult to adjust. I had to wait to get a key for the locker room.
